I thought I was going to become a Sociology lecturer, writer and academic, and now find myself dabbling in code, writing strategy for big brands and running my own digital advertising agency, Inquisition.
Inquisition is a digital marketing and research consultancy which I started with Tim Robinson of Pollen Creative Media. We started it because we felt that a research-led, human-centered, creative agency would be a hell of a lot of fun to work on, but also be able to generate value for people like us who are the subjects of marketing campaigns.
I listen to Metal, recently started learning to play the guitar, I dabble in PHP, know my way around CSS, play golf regularly, deploy and then destroy Drupal implementations and write infrequently for this blog.
I'm engaged to Talita Myburgh who you ought to follow on Twitter - http://www.twitter.com/talitamyburgh and my little brother is undoubtedly going to be more famous than I am so best you follow his ascent on http://gregorihofmann.com
